These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of any construction, remodeling or repair work are set out in the written estimate and contract you receive, and that document governs the work itself.

An estimate is based on the scope visible and described at the time it is prepared. Conditions found once work opens up a wall, floor or roof can change it. Where that happens we stop and agree the change with you in writing before continuing.

This website does not publish prices. Any figure you are given is in your written estimate, and that is the figure that applies.

Schedules depend on permits, inspections, material availability and weather. We will tell you honestly what is achievable and keep you informed when something moves.

Work requiring a permit will be permitted and inspected. We will not carry out work that requires a permit without one.

We are a general contractor, not a public adjuster or an insurance broker. We document and scope repair work and deal with your carrier about that work. Decisions about your policy, coverage and claim remain between you and your insurer.
